M&M Cookies

This recipe is one of my Childhood favorites!! My Mom made these every holiday, and when I started learning to bake, it was a tradition to make every Christmas!! I enjoyed making them and began my love for baking, with my mom making these!!
Hope you enjoy them just as much!!

(now with all the different colors, and holiday packages of M&M's you can make them for so many different holidays now!!)

1 pkg. (15 oz) M&M plain
1 pkg. (15 oz) M&M peanut
1 cup. Margarine
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup brown Sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/2 cup of Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Chop Pnut M&M's. Beat Margarine, sugars until Fluffy, then blend in eggs, and vanilla.
Combine in another bowl, Flour, Soda and Salt. Stir into Sugar Mixture. Stir chopped pnut M&M's. Drop by the tbsp. full onto cookie sheet.
Top w/ plain M&M's. Bake in preheated oven 9-11 minutes until lightly golden.
