Chocolate Chip Cookie/ Fruit Pizza

This is one of my favorite desserts from Pampered Chef.. I LOVE IT!!!

1 pkg of refrigerate cookie dough
2 squares white chocolate for baking
1 pkg of cream cheese (8 oz)
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup thawed whipped topping

Favorite Fruit, Strawberries, Mandrain Oranges, Kiwi, Pineapple etc.

Roll Choc. Chip Cookie Dough onto a Pizza Pan. Roll til smooth.. Cook 12-15 minutes on 350 degrees.

Remove and let cool!

Mix in a Bowl, cream cheese (softened) and powered sugar. Mix well..
Microwave on high 2 squares of white choc. stil until melted and is smooth.
Combine white Choc into the cream cheese/ powered sugar mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Spread cream mixture over cookie dough!
Then place sliced fruits in a circle pattern on the cream mixture.

Slice and Serve!!
